I'm working with a well-established food manufacturer to recruit a Production Manager for one of their key manufacturing sites in Somerset.
Reporting directly to the Site General Manager, you'll lead a production operation of around 100 employees across three shifts, with responsibility for safety, quality, delivery, people, and performance.

We're looking for a leader who enjoys developing people, driving operational performance, and working closely with Engineering, Technical, and Supply Chain to continually improve the operation.
The role will involve:
- Leading and developing a multi-shift production team.
- Driving improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Supporting and developing Production Managers and Shift Managers.
- Working as part of the site's senior leadership team.
- Delivering continuous improvement across people, process, and performance.

To be successful, you'll already have significant production management experience within food manufacturing and be comfortable leading a large operational team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
