About the Role
We are seeking a Production Manager based in London to support selected jewelry and fashion-accessories manufacturing projects.
The role is suited to professionals who understand physical-product production, supplier coordination, quality, delivery, and the transition from product development into repeatable manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Support production planning for selected jewelry and accessories programs.
- Coordinate production timelines, capacity, quality, materials, and delivery requirements.
- Work with product-development, sourcing, quality, and manufacturing teams.
- Monitor production readiness and identify potential bottlenecks.
- Support sample-to-bulk and development-to-production handovers.
- Track production issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Support communication with international brand and product teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve production consistency and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Experience in production management, manufacturing, operations, sourcing, or product development.
- Experience in jewelry, fashion accessories, luxury goods, or premium physical products is preferred.
- Strong understanding of production planning and supplier coordination.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working with international manufacturing partners is highly valued.
