What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Experience in production or operations management, preferably in rail or heavy industry.
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of safety standards, quality assurance, and supply chain principles.
- Flexible, adaptable, and resilient, with the ability to lead teams through operational change, business transformation, and evolving customer requirements within a fast-paced rail environment.
- Demonstrated leadership capability with experience developing, coaching, and engaging multidisciplinary teams to achieve operational targets and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, maintenance, supply chain, quality, and senior management functions.
