Reporting into: Head of Brand
Direct report: Junior Producer

Role Overview

The Production Manager leads the planning and delivery of Chelsea Peers' campaign and e-commerce content production, while owning the Marketing critical path to ensure projects are planned, resourced, and delivered effectively across the team.

Working in close partnership with the Senior Creative, this role sits at the intersection of creative and execution – turning creative ideas into high-quality, on-brand content through strong planning, organisation, and production.

You will own campaign shoots end-to-end and oversee the Junior Producer's delivery of e-commerce shoots, ensuring all content is delivered efficiently, on time, and on budget.

Beyond shoots, you will play a central role in how the Marketing team plans and delivers its workload. You will own and drive the Marketing critical path, bringing together key deadlines, dependencies, and resource requirements across Brand, Creative, and channel teams to keep projects moving and identify potential challenges early.

You will also manage and develop the Junior Producer and support them in managing the Production Assistant, building efficient ways of working, and supporting the continued development of the production function.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Production – End-to-End Ownership

  • Lead the full lifecycle of campaign shoot production, ensuring creative ideas are translated into high-quality, on-brand content that delivers against requirements across all relevant channels.

Pre-production

  • Partner closely with the Senior Creative to translate creative concepts into executable shoot plans, contributing ideas and practical creative solutions throughout.
  • Research and propose locations, props, sets, and production approaches that support and elevate the creative vision, including sourcing and coordinating locations, suppliers, and production requirements for international shoots.
  • Build and manage shoot schedules, balancing creative ambition with budgets, timings, and practical requirements.
  • Manage casting, styling, crew, and external production partners, ensuring decisions are creatively aligned and commercially viable.
  • Lead PPMs and ensure key stakeholders are aligned on the creative, outputs, timings, and responsibilities ahead of each shoot.
  • Gather requirements from relevant channel teams and plan shoots to capture all required assets across website, email, paid and organic social, OOH, and other media.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
