£85,000 - £90,000 + Car Allowance/Company Car + Bonus + Pension
Lead the Next Phase of Growth
Our client is a successful and growing manufacturing business looking to appoint an experienced Production Manager to lead operational performance across manufacturing and warehousing.
This is an opportunity for a senior manufacturing leader to step into a highly visible position with genuine influence. Working alongside an ambitious leadership team, you will be responsible for translating business objectives into operational success while driving continuous improvement, productivity gains, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing and warehouse operations.
- Drive LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement KPIs, SOPs, and performance management frameworks.
- Improve production flow, operational efficiency, and capacity utilisation.
- Maximise ERP capability across planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Lead and develop a management team while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality, compliance, and health & safety.

About You
- Manufacturing leadership experience within a production environment.
- Strong LEAN and operational improvement expertise.
- Proven ability to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Experience building and developing teams.
- ERP systems knowledge.
- Facility layout and workflow optimisation experience would be advantageous.
This role would suit a Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Plant Manager, Factory Manager, or Operations Manager looking to make a significant impact within a growing organisation.
