Production Manager | £50,000 | Essex
We’re working with a growing food manufacturing business in Essex looking to hire a Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations across manufacturing and warehousing.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and driving operational efficiency. You’ll oversee production schedules, warehouse operations, and ensure orders are produced and delivered on time.

You’ll also play a key role in maintaining food safety standards, managing stock control and traceability, and monitoring production KPIs such as efficiency, waste, and yield while supporting continuous improvement across the operation.

Requirements
- Experience in food manufacturing
- Strong leadership skills
- Good understanding of HACCP and BRC standards
Compensation
- £45,000 – £50,000
Location
- Essex (on-site)
Hours
- Monday – Friday | 7am – 3pm
