Production Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage production of aseptic pharmaceutical products.
- Lead and train the production team, ensuring adherence to GMP standards.
- Coordinate staff schedules and oversee maintenance of production equipment.
- Assist in the development and management of quality systems.
- Participate in the management team at a strategic level.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical production
- Managerial or supervisory experience is essential.
- Equipment validation experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Any prior experience with sterile pharmaceuticals is an advantage.
