Production Manager
If working in a smaller manufacturing facility is appealing due to the visibility and ability to make things happen – read on.
This specific hire will take management and scheduling responsibilities for all site production activities. A core aspect of the role will be the leadership of the production team to create clear expectations, measurables and deliverables, as well as ensuring that there is a strong training and development ethos across the group.
Whilst this will not be hands on day to day, given the size of the unit, you will need to be comfortable being on the shop floor and supporting the team, directly and indirectly through the Production Supervisors.

Key experience:
- Experienced production manager or supervisor within a pharmaceutical GMP environment
- Previous people management experience is essential
- Working experience of a sterile / aseptic environment is strongly preferred
- Knowledge and experience of validation activities, including equipment and process validation is desirable
