£50,000 - £60,000 + Training + Progression + Overtime + Pension + Early Finish Friday
Are you a Production Manager or similar, coming from a background within Electronics, looking to join a company taking the defence systems sector by storm at the forefront of innovation within the electronics manufacturing?

On offer for the successful Production Manager or similar is the opportunity to join a highly impressive company, offering scalable career progression alongside technical development opportunities as your role develops.
In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight of the Production and Manufacturing department, supporting NPI as well as Quality Checks and legacy products. You will also be responsible for the development and implementation of DFM and DFT procedures, seen as the technical point of contact for both customers and internal teams.

This role would suit a Production Manager or similar, coming from a background within the Electronics Industry, ideally holding a Degree/HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in Electronic Engineering. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office software's, with the ability to work well both autonomously and as part of a team.
