£50,000- £60,000 + Training + Progression + Benefits
Are you a Production Manager or similar, with a background in FMCG, and prior leadership experience, looking to join a rapidly growing seafood business, quickly making a name for themselves within the industry?
Taking the industry by storm, presenting itself is the chance to join a team of specialists offering impressive training and development opportunities, recognised for their premium quality service and workmanship?
On offer for the successful Production Manager or similar is the opportunity to take on an autonomous role, with complete ownership and oversight of both the production team and line, with direct access to the Managing Director.
In this role, you will have full ownership and oversight of the production lifecycle, particularly, its operatives. You will be responsible for both production, forward and workflow planning alongside KPI tracking and management. Finally, you will be responsible for staff leadership, task dictation, floor operations, and factory management.

- Production, forward and workflow planning
- Staff leadership, task dictation, floor operations, and factory management
- Oversight and ownership of the full production lifecycle

- Background within FMCG Production
- Knowledge of HACCP
- Prior leadership experience
