Job Overview:
Due to continued growth and an expanding order book, we are looking to recruit an experienced Production Manager to join our team.
The Role:
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and managing all production activities across our manufacturing facility, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with our Project Managers, Design Team, Procurement Department, and Workshop Supervisors to ensure efficient delivery from manufacture through to installation onboard vessels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily production across all departments.
- Lead specialist joinery, upholstery, and metal fabrication teams.
- Develop and manage production programmes.
- Allocate labour and workshop resources.
- Monitor productivity and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Ensure projects are completed on programme and within budget.
- Coordinate material availability with Procurement.
- Work closely with Project Managers to meet installation dates.
- Manage subcontractors where required.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality and workmanship.
- Drive continuous improvement throughout the production process.
- Promote and enforce Health & Safety standards.

Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience managing production within a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commercial awareness.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
