Are you an experienced Production Manager with a background in food manufacturing or fresh produce?
We’re looking for a hands-on leader to manage our Citrus production operation at Alconbury, overseeing two shifts and driving performance across the site.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead and develop Shift Managers, ensuring production plans are delivered while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, hygiene, and efficiency.
- Take ownership of production KPIs, cost control, waste reduction, and continuous improvement, using LEAN tools to drive operational performance.

We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven production management experience, ideally within food manufacturing or fresh produce.
- Experience leading managers across multiple shifts.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for developing teams and improving processes.
