Prime Video International is seeking a Marketing Production Manager to help produce key marketing materials and manage 360-degree marketing campaign production and delivery for our Live Sports properties. This position will ensure that each element of a Live Sports property launch marketing campaign is completed on time and on budget in the most effective and efficient manner possible. We are looking for a self-starter who is able to prioritise and deliver on multiple deadlines with a track record of driving results.
Key job responsibilities
- You will manage high volume, high turnaround campaigns across Europe, Canada and Latin America, and be responsible for correct asset delivery and campaign execution for both above-the line and below-the-line channels including key art, online & offline video, OOH, print, social, display, plus owned & operated requirements
- You will manage all operational aspects of a campaign including workflow, timelines, resources and budgets
- You will lead documenting existing processes, and manage continuous improvement mechanisms within the production team, working cross-functionally with other marketing, creative, design, and business teams
- You will identify opportunities to standardize, offshore, and automate tasks to save time and eliminate low-value, manual tasks/pain-points
- You will help to define overall roadmap for Sports production by making suggestions to senior leadership, ensuring day-to-day delivery and proposing alternative approaches to dramatically improve creative output and productivity
- You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to assess project requirements, obtain approvals, and ensure efficient development and delivery of assets as per the production plan
- You will ensure appropriate processes, procedures and job tracking to keep deliverables on time and on budget, anticipating and effectively mitigating problems, managing day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of production issues
- You will consistently communicate to stakeholders about updates on progress, relevant delays or issues, and budget or timing implications

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in professional non-internship marketing
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- Experience working on or with large-scale, global creative campaigns
