Production Manager
The Production Manager vacancy is working with a UK market leader in their field, manufacturing high-volume products that are critical to the everyday infrastructure of the UK. Within the position, you will be responsible for helping to develop a strategic site within our client's manufacturing portfolio taking the plant from good to great. Working with a highly willing and enthusiastic team in the Sittingbourne area, you will seek to drive improvement activities across all plant operations.
Within the position, you will be responsible for leading and developing teams of multi-function production workers across manufacturing operations, within a market-leading and multi-site manufacturing business.

What's on Offer as Production Manager
- The position will be working days Monday to Friday
- Salary - circa £60k per annum, plus bonus, plus pension matched up to 10% company contribution, overtime at a premium is also available.
- Benefits package (cycle to work scheme, etc, accredited training, and extensive career development opportunities.

- Demonstrable managerial experience within a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrable organizational skills including efficient planning and implementation of systems and procedures, HSE - Health and Safety, Quality Systems, Lean Manufacturing - 5s, etc.
- Leadership and people management skills and the ability to build, motivate, develop and improve the team.
- Demonstrable ability to implement structured problem-solving techniques, provide solutions and delegate responsibility.
