About the Role

At Co-op Live, we’re on the hunt for an experienced Production Manager to help bring world-class events to life.

Working alongside the Senior Production Manager and the wider Venue Management and Co-op Live teams, you’ll play a key role in the planning and delivery of every event that hits our stage.

As a vital member of the Venue Management Team, you’ll be at the heart of the action, leading the production operation for your allocated events and driving success from the front. You’ll build strong, collaborative relationships with visiting production teams, promoters, contractors and suppliers, while ensuring the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance and industry best practice.

Your focus? Delivering seamless production and unforgettable live experiences that make every show at Co-op Live truly exceptional.

About You

We’re looking for a Production Manager with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering exceptional live events. You’ll bring experience drafting and adapting plans in AutoCAD, a solid understanding of rigging set-ups, and the ability to interpret and clearly communicate complex technical and production requirements.

  • You'll be confident leading and supervising production teams, you’ll be comfortable working across multiple production disciplines while driving performance, collaboration and results. Joining the team, you will be an excellent communicator who can influence and inspire at all levels, combining commercial awareness with strong financial management skills to deliver outstanding outcomes.

We're looking for a true team player, who will thrive in a fast-paced, high-achieving environment and take pride in pushing productions to the next level. Demonstrable experience of planning and delivering complex events in a venue or touring environment is essential. Experience in or knowledge of; reading and/or adapting AutoCAD plans, IOSH Managing Safely, CDM Regulations 2015, event rigging processes and operations, working with contractors and other stakeholders is desirable.
