We are looking for a Production Manager / Senior Production Manager - Live events

Main purpose

To join the Technical Production team as a Production Manager or Senior Production Manager (dependent on experience), taking the lead on production elements on medium to large-sized projects and leading more junior team members on larger projects.

Key skills & experience

  • Build relationships with key supply chain and manage effectively
  • Have experience in managing production elements for budgets up to £1m
  • Knowledge of Vectorworks or AutoCAD software preferable
  • Management of rigging, power, networking and other technical services
  • Google Workspace
  • Experience within a creative event delivery agency
  • IOSH managing safely qualification preferable

Main duties

  • Working closely with internal creative and project management teams to advise & provide feedback on design direction with production techniques in mind.
  • Provide accurate budgets and work with our trusted supply chain in pre-production to ensure methodology matches both design intent and budget.
  • Coordinate and manage multi-supplier sites, including ensuring all build follows onsite plans, resolving onsite supplier queries
  • Ensuring all H&S documentation is completed to an appropriate standard, and ensuring timelines are adhered to in a safe manner.
  • Manage and mentor junior members of the team.

Availability

Must be available from September 2026, and the role will require extensive onsite time in Jan/Feb/Mar (circa 40 days)
