Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Benefits
Are you an experienced Production Manager with a strong electrical and mechanical engineering background? We are looking for a hands-on leader who can drive performance on the shop floor while building strong relationships across projects, sales, design, quality, finance and HR functions. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing engineering and manufacturing business where you will play a key role in delivering operational excellence and continuous improvement.

- Take ownership of day-to-day production operations, ensuring products are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and develop supervisors and shop floor teams to create a high-performing culture.
- Drive production planning, resource management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with projects, design, quality, finance and HR teams to ensure successful delivery.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in a Production Manager or similar manufacturing leadership role
- Strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical engineering
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Strong people leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities
- Experience working across multiple business functions within manufacturing
