🚀 Production Manager – High-Growth D2C Lifestyle Brand
Location: London (Hybrid - 4 days in-office)
Package: £40,000.00 + EMI Equity Share Scheme
About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling, B Corp certified direct-to-consumer lifestyle brand is seeking an operationally rigorous, hands-on Production Manager to own the planning and delivery of every shoot across the business. From e-commerce product imagery and social media content to high-end lifestyle campaigns, you will be the operational backbone that brings creative vision to life.
Reporting directly to the Brand Manager, you will translate cross-functional channel briefs into seamless production plans, managing shoot logistics, budgets, and talent to ensure assets are delivered on time and on brief. If you stay cool under pressure, bring strong vendor negotiation skills, and know what visual formats perform across digital channels, this role offers incredible creative autonomy in a scaling business.

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain the master production calendar and shoot plans across e-commerce, social, and lifestyle workstreams.
- Turn asset requests from e-comm, email, social, and paid media teams into execution plans tailored for channel performance.
- Develop shoot timelines, shot lists, and budget breakdowns, reconciling shoot costs against plan.
- Negotiate rates and manage contracts with model agencies, photographers, videographers, and creative freelancers.
- Source and manage samples, styling, and props ahead of every shoot.
- Lead operations on set, troubleshooting issues in real time and keeping shoots strictly on schedule.
- Track post-shoot deliverables against shot lists and continuously refine internal production processes and workflows.

What We’re Looking For
- 2–3+ years of hands-on shoot production or content management experience across e-commerce, social, or lifestyle campaigns.
- Strong commercial instinct regarding what creative formats perform on web storefronts, email, social, and paid ad channels.
- Proven track record managing photographers, videographers, model agencies, and talent contracts.
- Decisive, calm problem-solver on set with exceptional organizational skills and budget management rigour.
