About the Company

Bloomin is establishing a new UK production operation in Llantrisant through a strategic manufacturing partnership. This site-based role will work closely with both organisations, supporting the day-to-day operation across production, quality and new-product scale-up.

About the Role

The Production & Quality Lead will bring hands-on product and process expertise, working collaboratively with the wider site team to solve production issues, maintain consistent standards and support continuous improvement. The role will be central to making the partnership successful by building strong ways of working, sharing product knowledge and helping ensure Bloomin products are produced safely, efficiently and consistently.

Responsibilities

Production and Quality

  • Work as part of the site team to support daily production priorities, problem-solving and delivery.
  • Ensure products are made to agreed recipes, processes, specifications and quality standards.
  • Complete or oversee product-specific QC checks, including pH, Brix, viscosity, colour, taste, packaging and batch coding where relevant.
  • Review production and QC records, retained samples and batch documentation, escalating risks or deviations early.
  • Support investigations, root-cause analysis and corrective action for non-conformances, complaints, rework and recurring issues.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
