Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with a furniture manufacturing company, in the hire of a Production Manager.
As the Production Manager, you will manage a large team, focusing on forward planning and material planning as well as day to day supervision of Production.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Own forward planning and material planning across the site to keep production running to schedule.
  • Lead a large team through 4 direct supervisors.
  • Monitor performance, quality and output.
  • Implement new systems and processes to drive change and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety across the facility.
  • Work closely with other teams to meet customer requirements and installation deadlines.

Production Manager experience required:

  • Proven experience managing a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong material planning and forward planning skills.
  • Track record implementing systems and driving change.
  • Practical, hands on, improvement focused approach.
  • Strong background leading larger teams through supervisory structure.
  • Working knowledge of continuous improvement and lean methodologies.
