Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with a furniture manufacturing company, in the hire of a Production Manager.
As the Production Manager, you will manage a large team, focusing on forward planning and material planning as well as day to day supervision of Production.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Own forward planning and material planning across the site to keep production running to schedule.
- Lead a large team through 4 direct supervisors.
- Monitor performance, quality and output.
- Implement new systems and processes to drive change and improve efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety across the facility.
- Work closely with other teams to meet customer requirements and installation deadlines.

Production Manager experience required:
- Proven experience managing a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong material planning and forward planning skills.
- Track record implementing systems and driving change.
- Practical, hands on, improvement focused approach.
- Strong background leading larger teams through supervisory structure.
- Working knowledge of continuous improvement and lean methodologies.
