Installation Manager Role Overview

The Production Manager at Visual Architects is directly responsible for the strategic planning, and flawless execution of all creative, high-quality decor installations for events, festivals, and brand activations. This role is tasked with translating complex design visions into successful on-site realities, leading the Installation Department to consistently deliver projects that exceed client and company standards while ensuring efficiency, safety, and strict adherence to industry standards.

This is a highly operational role that requires proven leadership, deep logistical expertise, robust people management skills, and a commitment to safety excellence. The Production Manager works across departments, serving as the link between Sales, Design, Warehouse, Delivery, and On-Site Installation Teams to ensure scalable, profitable, and seamless project delivery. The primary goal is to oversee and manage all installation projects to achieve successful outcomes, contributing to the organisation's reputation, growth, and operational excellence.

  • Detailed Planning: Create detailed event installation timelines and production schedules and assign tasks to Team Leaders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
