About The Role
A Production MIG Welder position is available in Redditch, paying £14.00 per hour on a full-time, temporary-to-permanent basis. Working hours run Monday to Thursday from 7:30am to 4:30pm, concluding at 12:30pm on Fridays. Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out production welding to a high standard
- Working from engineering drawings and job specifications
- Performing MIG welding on a variety of metal products and components
- Inspecting completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
- Operating safely and maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Supporting other areas of production when required

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a production welding environment
- Competent in MIG welding
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
