About the Organisation
A well-established, purpose-led organisation within the education sector is seeking a temporary Production Officer to join its remote Digital, Marketing and Communications team.
About the Role
This is a busy coordination role overseeing the organisation’s publications and content pipeline, ensuring projects are delivered accurately and to agreed timescales.

- Managing publication schedules and tracking key deadlines
- Coordinating activity across internal teams, designers and other stakeholders
- Following up on actions and ensuring projects remain on track
- Supporting the production of reports, publications and digital content
- Monitoring progress and flagging any issues or delays
- Ensuring outputs are accurate, consistent and ready for publication
Candidate Specification
- Previous experience within production, publications, project coordination or a similar process-led role
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple deadlines and priorities
- Proactive and comfortable following up with stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience within education, charity, membership or the public sector would be advantageous, but is not essential

Additional Information
- Temporary opportunity for approximately 12 weeks, with potential to extend
- Salary equivalent of £32,440–£40,800 depending on experience
- 35 hours per week, typically 9:00am–5:00pm
- Some flexibility around working hours
- Fully remote
