The Role
The Production & Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of production and stock control across all channels.
Reporting to the Head of Product, this role ensures product is delivered on time, within cost parameters and with accurate stock records maintained throughout. You will manage production, logistics, inventory and wholesale fulfilment, keeping stock accurate and stock flow moving smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
The role combines hands-on production management with close attention to stock accuracy, working closely with the wider team to keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Production
- Manage end-to-end production execution to ensure finished goods are delivered on time, at agreed cost and to required quality standards (from PO raising to Zedonk full maintenance)
- Monitor production schedules, supplier performance and freight planning, flagging risks to delivery timelines as they arise.
- Manage and report on production and freight spend, identifying efficiencies without compromising brand standards.
- Track bulk readiness and coordinate quality control processes.
- Provide clear and consistent production updates to the wider business, keeping the team informed of delivery status and potential risks.
- Build and maintain good supplier relationships to ensure reliability, transparency and long-term operational stability.

Stock Control
- Day-to-day management and control of stock accuracy, maintaining accurate, up-to-date stock records and availability.
- Investigate and analyse stock take results.
- Manage all stock locations and transfers, including entering, controlling and checking deliveries and store transfers.
- Manage Goods In/Goods Out to and from the warehouse (Mintsoft and Zedonk).
- Support month-end reconciliation of stock adjustment accounts and stock loss.
Operations
- Lead operational planning across warehouse, retail, e-commerce and wholesale channels, ensuring stock flow aligns with seasonal launches and delivery schedules.
- Manage the warehouse relationship, fostering collaborative improvements.
- Supervise store deliveries, store replenishment and e-commerce launches.
- Coordinate wholesale operational fulfilment.
- Work with the retail team on replenishment, planning stock allocations and store deliveries to prevent reactive costs and last-minute pressure.
- Produce clear operational reporting across freight, inventory performance and supplier metrics.
- Champion the adoption of AI to improve the efficiency and accuracy of stock and operational reporting.
- Drive cross-functional alignment through structured communication and calendar planning to reduce inefficiencies and improve execution.

Leadership & Development
- Mentor junior team members, helping them build technical confidence and take ownership of their work.
- Communicate clearly with the wider team and stakeholders on production and stock status.
Requirements
- Highly organised individual with strong inventory management experience.
- Experience with Zedonk preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and KPI trends.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting capability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all business levels.
- Italian-speaking is a plus.
