- Early and Late Rotating Shifts: GBP 16.86 per hour
Production Operative Overview
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Operative with experience in a manufacturing or production environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembly work, quality inspection and the use of hand tools to support the efficient production of high-quality products.
Production Operative Working Hours
- 39 hours per week plus possible overtime
- Days Shift: 06:00 to 14:00 Monday to Thursday and 06:00 to 13:00 Friday (20-minute break)
- Rotating Early/Late Shifts (fortnightly):
- 06:00 to 14:00 Monday to Thursday and 06:00 to 13:00 Friday
- 14:00 to 22:00 Monday to Thursday and 13:00 to 20:00 Friday
- 20-minute break

The Production Operative Role
- Assemble a variety of products within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Carry out quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards
- Use a range of hand tools safely and effectively
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve production and assembly issues
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
- Work to production targets and deadlines
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail

- Previous experience within a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience using hand tools
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
