Production Operatives Join One of Britain's Most Loved Snack Manufacturers

Location: Wormingford, Essex (approximately 20 minutes from Colchester, Sudbury and Halstead)
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Contract: Ongoing Temporary Assignment with Immediate Starts Available

Shift Options

Choose the shift that suits your lifestyle:

  • 6:00am to 2:00pm
  • 2:00pm to 10:00pm

What You'll Be Doing

As a Production Operative, you'll play an important role in ensuring products are manufactured and packed to the highest standards by:

  • Operating and monitoring production lines
  • Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet specification
  • Packing finished products ready for dispatch
  • Supplying production lines with packaging and raw materials
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
  • Following food safety, quality and health & safety procedures
  • Working as part of a friendly and supportive production team

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are:

  • Reliable and punctual
  • Happy working in a busy manufacturing environment
  • Able to work efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable standing for long periods and carrying out repetitive tasks
  • Team players with a positive attitude

Previous production or factory experience is beneficial, but full training will be provided for the right candidates.
