Production Operatives Join One of Britain's Most Loved Snack Manufacturers
Location: Wormingford, Essex (approximately 20 minutes from Colchester, Sudbury and Halstead)
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Contract: Ongoing Temporary Assignment with Immediate Starts Available
Shift Options
Choose the shift that suits your lifestyle:
- 6:00am to 2:00pm
- 2:00pm to 10:00pm

What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Operative, you'll play an important role in ensuring products are manufactured and packed to the highest standards by:
- Operating and monitoring production lines
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet specification
- Packing finished products ready for dispatch
- Supplying production lines with packaging and raw materials
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Following food safety, quality and health & safety procedures
- Working as part of a friendly and supportive production team
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are:
- Reliable and punctual
- Happy working in a busy manufacturing environment
- Able to work efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable standing for long periods and carrying out repetitive tasks
- Team players with a positive attitude

Previous production or factory experience is beneficial, but full training will be provided for the right candidates.
