We are recruiting for Production Operatives
Pay
£15.10p/h basic, plus shift premium if applicable. Up to £18.71p/h
Temp to perm after 12 weeks if reaching required standards.
We are currently seeking Production Operatives to join our team in HISTON, CB24 9NR at our Jam factory.
Various Positions Available
All will be discussed on the interview.
Average of 39-hours per week, including a 30-minute paid break.
Various shifts available.
Rotating shifts.

The Role
Production Operatives will be expected to do the following tasks (list is not exhaustive):
- Cleaning duties
- Packing products into boxes
- Preparing workstations ready for production
- Reporting issues to team leader
Requirements
Production Operatives ideally need to fulfil the following requirements:

- Be able to work 8 hr shift
- Previous experience is not required
- Being able to commute to Histon, CB24 9NR
- Own transport required due to no public transport available.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Shift Patterns Available
3-Shift Rotating Pattern
- 06:00 – 13:48
- 13:42 – 21:30
- 21:30 – 06:00 (Night Shift)
2-Shift Rotating Pattern
- 06:00 – 18:00 (Monday to Thursday)
- 18:00 – 06:00(Monday to Wednesday)
