Production Operative - Balmalcolm
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Balmalcolm. You will have the opportunity to join an amazing and successful team in warehouse operations, perfect for dedicated and organised individuals who thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere.
Shift Patterns:
- Available both part-time and full-time.
- Rotating shift pattern: 1 week days, 2nd week backs.
- Weekend shift: Friday to Monday, 7:00am to 5:30pm.
- Weekday shifts: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 7:00am to 2:00pm or 2:30pm to 10:00pm.
- Every second weekend off.

Pay Rates:
- 12.80 GBP hourly
- 16.00 GBP hourly for hours worked after 40 hours per week.
Essential Requirements for Production Operative:
- Applicants must be over 18 years old.
Role for Production Operative:
- Packing and grading vegetables.
- Labelling products.
- Working as part of a team on a production line.
- Maintaining a flexible approach to daily duties.
