Job Opportunity: Production Operators
Staffpower Group are currently working with a fantastic company based in Sunderland who are one of the leading manufacturers within the automotive sector.
About the Role
We are looking for multiple Production Operators to start ASAP.
Shifts and Salary
- Monday - Friday
- 2 shift pattern (can extend to 3 shifts)
- Days 07:00 - 15:05 £12.71
- Backs 15:00 - 23:05 + 20% shift allowance
- Nights 23:00 - 07:05 + 33% shift allowance
- Weekend overtime may be available paying up to double time
Line trial and substance misuse must be completed before prior to employment to follow health and safety guidelines

Basic Outline
- Attending start of shift briefings to receive targets for the day.
- Using a variety of different hand tools to assemble a variety of products.
- Working on a fast-paced production line.
- Visual quality inspection of own work upon completion.
- Keen eye for detail.
- General housekeeping duties and additional duties as and when required.
Essential Requirements
- Experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Flexible to the needs of the business such as overtime.
The Candidate
- A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job.
- Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary.

- Candidates must attend a face to face registration appointment with Staffpower Group in their head office in Sunderland
- During registration, you will be required to complete necessary paperwork including initial assessments
- Line Trials will be conducted to measure suitability for the role
