Your Duties May Include

  • Operating and monitoring machinery across production lines.
  • Preparing products and materials ready for production.
  • Packing finished products ready for dispatch.
  • Conducting quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Reporting faults or production issues to supervisors.
  • Maintaining excellent hygiene and housekeeping standards.
  • Following food safety, quality, and Health & Safety procedures at all times.
  • Working closely with colleagues and supervisors to achieve production targets.
  • Supporting other departments when required.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals who:

  • Have previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or food production experience, although full training is provided.
  • Can work efficiently in a busy production environment.
  • Have strong attention to detail and good numeracy skills.
  • Are reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards.
  • Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Are comfortable with manual handling and a physically active role.
  • Work well as part of a team and communicate effectively.
  • Are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts as required.

Hours of Work

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Overtime available depending on business requirements
  • Start times vary between 06:00 - 14:00

Pay Rate

  • £13.11 per hour
  • Overtime paid after 40 hours worked
