Connect Appointments is recruiting Production Operatives to join an established seafood processing business based in Buckie.

This is the skilled end of the production process, hands-on work with whole fresh salmon, with real variety across the shift and a clear route to a higher rate as your skills develop.

What's on offer?

  • Temporary to permanent opportunity
  • Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pm
  • 13.78 per hour, rising to 14.42 per hour once trained to skilled operator level
  • Overtime available paid at 1.5X after 40 hours - 20.67 per hour
  • Full training provided

As a Production Operative, Your Duties Will Include

  • Working with whole fresh salmon at the first stage of the production process
  • Deheading, trimming, slicing and pin-boning to quality standards
  • Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards throughout the shift
