Production Operative
Location: Marden, Kent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time 8am - 5pm
Salary: GBP26,000 - GBP30,000 per annum
KHR are currently working with a leading bespoke manufacturer based in Marden who are looking to add another member to their specialised production team.
Job Overview
The Production Operative will join a small team supporting all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparing materials and production areas
- Mixing, packing, and finishing products
- Monitoring stock and reporting shortages
- Preparing and packing customer orders
- Supporting general production and internal projects
- Stock counting and record-keeping
- Operating a counterbalance forklift

Candidate Profile
- Previous manufacturing/production experience preferred
- Practical, hands-on approach
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and organised
- Forklift experience advantageous, but training can be provided
- Driver preferred due to location
