Salary: Starting £16.06 per hour + Benefits
Shifts: 12 hours Days/Nights rotation (detailed below)

Our operations are organised into three distinct divisions: Landscape Products, Building Products, and Roofing Products and we're leading the way in our industry and have created the UK's first dual block plant at our St Ives Manufacturing site in Cambridgeshire for our Landscape Product division! Our state-of-the-art block plant creates an additional 200% manufacturing capacity and boosts new product innovation. We have the best range of technology, systems, and processes to make the finest landscaping products in the UK.
So, what's the mission?
You will work as part of a team to manufacture high-quality concrete products in our dual-block plant using the best technology and techniques whilst ensuring you put health and safety at the heart of everything you do! You'll mainly work with concrete products, operating press machinery, hand-powered tools, shot blast machinery, and mobile plant such as Forklift trucks to move stock around the site. You will have your own personal development plan, to gain new skills and increase your salary through our grading structure.

The shift patterns:
What are the mission-critical skills?
- Experience working in a busy Production/Manufacturing environment
- Forklift truck license and experience would be advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of working reliably within a shift based team structure
- Effective communication skills (oral and written)
- Flexibility on shift rotation or night shift experience will be required
- Computer user - basic knowledge required
- Safe to Supervise or IOSH qualification would be advantageous but not essential
