About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join a busy engineering company based in Atherstone on Stour. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stable, long-term work with an early finish every Friday.
The successful candidate will be involved in supporting daily production operations, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating machinery and production equipment safely
- Assembling, packing, and inspecting products
- Maintaining quality standards throughout the production process
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Keeping work areas clean and organised
- Supporting other departments when required
- Meeting daily production targets

Candidate Requirements
- Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred, but not essential
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Own transport required due to location
