At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Corby. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of production efficiency and order accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Shift Patterns
- 06:00-18:00 / 07:00-19:00, any 4 days out of 7
- Overtime available during peak periods
Pay Rates
- £12.71 hourly
Essential Requirements for Production Operative
- Own transport is required due to the site location
Desirable Requirements for Production Operative
- Basic English level
- Previous experience in food manufacturing is preferred but not essential
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude

Role for Production Operative
- Operate production machinery efficiently to meet daily targets
- Ensure 100% order accuracy while following strict food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures
- Produce, label, pack, and palletise products according to specifications
- Maintain clean work areas and adhere to site security protocols
- Support management and colleagues while working flexibly across departments
