£34,170 + Benefits
Working 45 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, shifts are rotating between 6 am – 2 pm Mon to Fri (6am to 11am Sat), 2pm - 11pm rotating weekly

About the Role
We're currently recruiting experienced and reliable Production Operatives to join our team at Beenham, near Reading on a permanent basis.

Mission
You will mainly work within the concrete Tiles department, operating manual and semi-automated machinery, hand-powered tools, and mobile plant such as Forklift trucks to move stock around the site. You'll work as part of a skilled team to manufacture high-quality products using the best technology and techniques but most importantly you’ll put health and safety at the heart of everything you do!

You will be required to provide our site with regular housekeeping such as cleaning, painting and other handyperson jobs.
Mission-Critical Skills
- Experience operating in a small/medium manufacturing operation
- FLT counterbalance licence would be preferred but not essential
- Team player with attention to detail
- Good level of English, verbal and written
- IOSH qualification is desirable
- A forward-thinking individual continually looking at improving processes
