Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 16:00
Contract: Temporary Ongoing (with potential long-term opportunities)
We are currently recruiting for Food Production Operatives to join a busy ingredients manufacturing business. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced food production environment, supporting the manufacturing process from ingredient preparation through to finished products.
This role would suit candidates with previous food manufacturing, production or machine operating experience, although full training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and work ethic. Please note, due to the nature of the environment, this role is not suitable for candidates with asthma or food allergies.

Pay & Hours
- £12.71 p/hour
- Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 16:00
- Temporary ongoing position

Food Production Operative Duties
- Operating production machinery and supporting the manufacturing process
- Measuring, mixing and preparing ingredients to production requirements
- Following recipes, work instructions and food safety procedures
- Carrying out quality checks and completing production paperwork
- Loading and moving ingredients throughout the process
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous food manufacturing or production experience is desirable but not essential
- Experience operating machinery would be advantageous
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and manual handling
- Physically fit due to regular lifting and moving of ingredients
- Reliable, hardworking and able to follow instructions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
