Are you looking for a hands on role with immediate starts available? We are currently recruiting a Production Operative to join a busy and friendly manufacturing team in Burton Latimer.
If you're reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you!
The hours for this job are 2 day shifts working 6am until 6pm followed by 2 late shifts working 6pm until 6am followed by 4 days out of the business paying £16.14 per hour.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operating simple production machinery
- Assembling, packing, and checking products
- Carrying out basic quality checks
- Keeping your work area clean and tidy
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous factory or warehouse experience is helpful but not essential
