The Role
As a Production Assembly Operative, your responsibilities will include:
- Assembling small components and products accurately and efficiently
- Reading and working from technical drawings and assembly instructions
- Using a range of hand tools safely and effectively
- Checking your work to ensure products meet the required quality standards
- Packaging finished products correctly and carefully
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised work area
- Working as part of a friendly and supportive production team
- Following company procedures and health & safety requirements

- Have previous experience in assembly, manufacturing or a similar hands-on role
- Be able to read and understand technical drawings
- Be confident using hand tools
- Have excellent attention to detail and take pride in their work
- Be comfortable working with small parts and components
- Understand the importance of careful and accurate packaging
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Be reliable, punctual and committed
- Be a good team player
- Be keen to learn new skills and develop within the business
