Job Title: Supporting Role to Sofa Crafting Team
Location: Armthorpe, Doncaster Warehouse Contract: Temp - Perm Pay Rate: £12.51 per hour Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 38.75 hours per week Pay Frequency: Monthly
Shift Patterns:
- Week 1: 5:30 am - 1:45 pm
- Week 2: 1:45 pm - 10:00 pm
About the Role
This role involves supporting our team who build our sofas. Your responsibilities may include:
- Cushion Filling: Manually inserting the correct filling into cushion cases and attaching buttons.
- Loading / Unloading: Loading and unloading items from lorries.
- General Support: Performing various essential tasks to support the wider manufacturing team, ensuring a smooth and efficient production flow.
About You
We're looking for a dedicated individual who:
- Is comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling.
- Can comfortably use heavy trolleys throughout your shift.
- Possesses a good eye for detail and strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrates commitment to working efficiently and meeting targets.
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Is able to adhere to strict health and safety regulations.
- Is capable of working independently.
- Has a desire to learn new skills and apply them where required.
