Do you thrive in a team environment and enjoy working at pace? We’re looking for dynamic and hard-working Production Operatives to join our team at our Coventry site on a temp to perm basis.
This is a varied shift role, including a mix of standard, long, and short weeks—but you’ll always finish no later than 4:35pm. You’ll be a key player on the production line, ensuring our PVCU products meet the highest quality standards, on time and in a safe and secure working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of product quality on the production line
- Operate machinery and handle materials in a safe and efficient manner
- Support multiple areas of production as a multi-skilled operative
- Carry out repetitive and heavy lifting tasks where required
- Use measurement tools with both metric and imperial systems
- Get involved in wider activities such as charity events, first aid training, or becoming a fire marshal

What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in a manufacturing background is essential
- Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and repetitive movements
- Basic understanding of metric and imperial measurements
- A team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude
- Willingness to be trained and support different production functions
- Proficient in the safe and effective use of hand tools
