We are recruiting for several Full time Food Production Operatives
£12.71 to £13.43 per hour for basic hours
Up to £20.14 per hour overtime
Gateshead (NE11 0PZ)
Previous Food Production Experience Desirable But Not Essential
Various shifts including 8 hrs Monday to Friday (06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00 or 22:00-06:00), 12 hours 4 on 4 off (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am).
Temp to perm available after 12 weeks.
Kingdom People are recruiting for several food production operatives to work at one of our client’s sites in Gateshead (NE11). The customer is a leading snack manufacturer. The role will involve assisting in the production process, ensuring that products are made, quality checked and packed according to food safety and quality standards.

The Role
Production Operatives will be expected to do the following tasks (list is not exhaustive):
- Operating production line machinery
- Ensuring the quality and safety of food products
- Packaging finished products
- Following strict hygiene and safety regulations
- Monitoring production processes
- Reporting issues to team leader
- Manual handling will be required
- Checking the product matches the packaging
- Filling in paperwork if required
- Quality control of products
- Following site rules and procedures

Requirements
Production Operatives ideally need to fulfil the following requirements:
- Be able to work 8 or 12 hr shift
- Previous experience desirable but not essential
- Being able to commute to Gateshead (NE11 0PZ)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
