Kingdom People are recruiting for several food production operatives to work at one of our client’s sites in Heanor (DE75 7RJ). The customer is a leading food manufacturer (Puddings) that operates in ambient environment.
Job Details
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (Full time hours) – flexibility required
- Working Hours: 07:30 – 15:30
- Pay Rate: £12.91 per hour basic rate
- Overtime Pay: £16.14 - £25.82 per hour
- Location: Heanor, DE75 7RJ
- Previous Experience: Not required as training is provided
- Contract Type: Temporary to permanent available after minimum 12 weeks

The Role
Production Operatives will be expected to do the following tasks (list is not exhaustive):
- Checking that the product matches the packaging
- Placing products in the machine slots
- Packing products on production line
- Following site rules and procedures
- Filling in paperwork when required
- Quality control of products
- Reporting issues to team leader
- Manual handling will be required

Requirements
Production Operatives ideally need to fulfil the following requirements:
- Be able to work 8hr shift
- Previous Experience Is Not Required
- Being able to commute to Heanor, DE75 7RJ
- Basic communication in English (written and spoken)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
