We Are Recruiting Factory Operatives / Production Operatives To Work Rotating Day And Night Shifts On a 4 On 4 Off Pattern
- 6am – 6pm
- 6pm – 6am
- ✅ Day and night shifts rotate
- ✅ 4 days on / 4 days off
- ✅ £12.71 per hour

As a Factory Operative / Production Operative, you will be involved in production line work, operating machinery, quality checking, and maintaining a safe and clean factory environment.

The pay rate can increase if you learn how to work on more Machines. The pay starts at £12.71 an hour for one machine. For running two machines the pay will increase to around £14 and for 3 machines £16.
