Description
ROLE: Production Operative
LOCATION: Flitwick, Bedfordshire
DAY SHIFT: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm, Friday 6:00am-12:00pm (Weekends OFF)
BASIC PAY: £12.71 per hour

Our client who has built a reputation manufacturing and distributing market leading products is seeking a Production Operative to join their organisation in Kimbolton on a temporary to permanent basis.

In this Production Operative role, you will be responsible for:
- Manual packing of the product that is produced into the correct boxes, in the correct quantity and to the expected quality standard.
- Accurately assembling and packing products at the end of the production line.
- End of line finishing and rework to ensure the products are manufactured to high quality standards.
- Monitoring the production machines to produce product in accordance with the company quality programme.
- Consistently work in a safe manner and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures where applicable.

To Be Successful As a Production Operative, You Must
- Have had similar work experience.
- Be able to work the advertised hours.
- Have a good eye for detail.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
