Do you enjoy a fast-paced production environment and have a good eye for detail? We are partnering with a highly respected, large global manufacturer to find dedicated professionals ready to make an immediate impact and drive production success.
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative on behalf of our client, a large global manufacturer. This is a full-time position, operating on a rotating shift pattern for a duration of 6 months.
Job Details And Compensation
The rotating shift pattern consists of:
- Early shift: 6:00 am to 14:30 pm
- Back shift: 13:30 pm to 22:00 pm
The position is based entirely onsite in Perth, Scotland.
The hourly pay rate is GBP 13.20 (GBP 15.84 including shift allowance)
Overtime opportunities are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain the standards on your shift for safety, quality, appearance, and attendance/cover.
- Operate, maintain, changeover, and troubleshoot equipment.
- Set daily direction in your operating areas through the effective use of tier meetings and handovers.
- Lead the troubleshooting of open barriers to find the root-cause.
- Take accountability for the results and the decisions made in your operating areas during your shift.

Additional Information
- Pre and post shift activities, such as gowning up or down, are required.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required and will be provided by the large global manufacturer.
