Production Operatives
Hull (HU7 Area)
£12.86 per hour + Overtime Available
Full Time, Ongoing Work
Are you looking for stable, full-time work with a fantastic shift pattern that gives you plenty of time off?
We are currently recruiting Production Operatives for a well-established food manufacturing business in the HU7 area of Hull. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking ongoing, full-time employment in a fast-paced production environment.
Working on a simple packing line, you'll play an important role in ensuring products are packed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.
Shift Pattern
- 6:00am - 6:00pm
- 12-hour shifts
- 4 days on / 4 days off
- Regular full-time hours
- Ongoing work with immediate starts available
The Role
As a Production Operative, Your Duties Will Include

- Packing products on a production line
- Checking products for quality before packing
- Labelling and preparing products for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic work area
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
- Working efficiently as part of a team
- Meeting production targets and deadlines
- Assisting with general production duties as required
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual individuals
- Able to work on your feet for long periods
- Comfortable working in a chilled food production environment
- Good attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous production or factory experience is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided
