Production Operative / Glasshouse Operative (Horticulture, Agriculture)
We are hiring a Production Operative to join our modern glasshouse team. Ideal for candidates with experience in production, warehouse, agriculture, or manufacturing.
Duties
- Crop sowing and harvesting using mechanical equipment
- Weighing and transporting trays
- Operating machinery (full training provided)
- Using computer systems for harvesting and sowing (full training provided)
- Cleaning and maintaining machinery
Requirements
- Hands on, reliable, and proactive
- Team player with good attention to detail
- Willing to learn, full training provided
- Experience in production, warehouse, farming, or horticulture beneficial

Hours
- Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm and Saturday 10am to 6pm
- Shift premium paid for hours worked after 5pm
