We are looking for a Production Operative to join our environmentally focused client near Bourton. This is a hands-on role where you'll be part of a production team that helps to reduce waste and give recycled materials a new purpose.

You will be responsible for:

  • Sorting and processing materials
  • Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
  • Monitoring production quality and reporting any issues
  • Keeping the production area clean, organised, and safe
  • Working as part of a friendly and supportive team
