Perm PM Shift Production Operative | Bugle

What you will be doing
As a Production Operative on our afternoon shift, you will be a vital part of the team, ensuring our high-quality products are processed and packed safely for our customers. You will work in a fast-paced factory environment, collaborating closely with your colleagues to meet daily targets while maintaining the highest standards of food safety.
- Production Excellence: Process, seal, pack and dispatch high-quality products to exact specifications while meeting production targets.
- Safety & Hygiene: Comply with the highest levels of health, safety and hygiene standards, ensuring the safe handling of food products throughout the factory.
- Operational Support: Carry out essential service roles, track products accurately through the system and support departmental improvement projects.
- Leadership & Growth: Take responsibility for your own development and, when required, step up to support the smooth operation of the department or coach new team members.

We are looking for dedicated individuals who thrive in a physical, fast-moving environment and are eager to grow within our business.
- Experience: While previous experience in a factory or production environment is preferred, it is not essential; we value a strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.
- Soft Skills: You possess great teamworking abilities, a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Hard Skills: You must be English-speaking with basic numeracy skills and have the physical capability to handle repetitive tasks involving bending, twisting and lifting.
